Hi Marsaud,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I reviewed your form Formulaire de la Masterclass "les secrets de l'intestin dévoilés par la Nutrition Fonctionnelle"-PGS and it appears that you have added conditions to redirect users to another page based on the user's answer. Since you have already added the conversion tracking tag to landing pages, can you provide the tag that you would like to add to the form? If the tag contains any scripts, it can't be added to the form for security reasons. If the tag doesn't include any scripts, you can add them in a paragraph element. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Paragraph element to add and click on the Edit icon.
3. In the modal window that shows up, click on the Source code icon from the toolbar paste the tag, and click on the Ok button.
4. Now, click on the Save button.
5. To hide the element on the form, click on the Gear icon, and then in the Advanced tab, toggle the Hide Field button to the ON position.
Since you are using the Card Form, it is not possible to download the source code of the form to add script code. As a workaround, you can change the form layout to the classic form and then download the source code to add the script code. It is easy to change the form layout. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller Icon on the right corner of the form builder.
2. In the Form Designer window, click on the Layout tab.
3. Click on the Classic Form option.
That's it. After changing the layout, you can download the source code, add script code, and embed the form on your website. You will have to replace the Yes/No question with the Singlw-choice element.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Marsaud,
Jotform doesn't allow the usage of scripts, the only way to add scripts to work with your form is by embedding the form on your website and adding the tag directly on your website. But if you don't have a website and would like to track directly your form page, you can consider to use for our widget for Facebook Pixel. You can add to your form by following these steps:
- On the Form Builder, click on Widgets on the left side of the page.
- Search for Facebook Pixel and add it to your form.
- Click on Wand Icon next to the field.
- Add the Facebook Pixel ID.
This allows you to track the form with your Pixel ID. Now, if you want to track with Google Analytics, you can also use the Google Analytics Widget. The steps are the same as above, but instead, you'll search for Google Analytics on the widget session and then add your Google Tracking ID.
Now, as said, if you need to use a script, it won't be possible to do it directly from Jotform. You'll have to change the layout of your form to a Classic Form, as my colleague previously explained. After changing the layout, you can get the source code of your form, and add it to your website with the necessary scripts to track it. This guide explains how to find the form Source Code. You can check this guide for more details on how to track with GA4.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
