Nos clients n'arrivent plus à payer avec leur carte de crédit ou paypal dans nos formulaires. Voici le message d'erreur qui vous apparait au moment du paiement :
Est-ce possible de corriger le problème?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:Hav
What you can do is to refresh the integration by removing and adding it again. Let me show you how to do it:
- Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Product List field.
- Click on the Wand icon on the field, and click on Settings in the menu that opens up.
- Now, click on the green Connected button and select Reconnect.
- Then, click on Connect and connect the Integration again.
- Click on Continue, and that's it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Merci pour le retour. Nous avons suivi les recommandations mais cela ne fonctionne pas.

I have gone ahead and clear the form cache on our end to refresh the data. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can we test the live form on your website? But you will need to set the Payment Integration to Test Mode. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Payment field, then click on the Wand Icon to open the Payment Settings.
2. Click the Mode dropdown, then select Test Mode.
3. Then click on the Connect button.
