Je n'arrive pas à connecter Jotform à Zapier

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Can you please try to log out then log back into your Jotform Account and connect your account again to Zapier Integration to see if will resolve the issue?

Hi Gaetan_contact,
I checked your account and can see that you're an EU User, you should select "Yes" in the European Data Center question when connecting to Zapier. Let me show how you to store your data on the EU Server:
- Click your Profile Avatar on the upper right side of the page.
- On the dropdown box, select Settings.
- Go to the Data tab.
- Then, Check the Europe Datacenter option from the list. The Transfer Data to EU modal would appear.
- In the Modal, click Move the to EU button.
Also, if you're not a covered entity under HIPAA, kindly select the option "No, you are not" to the HIPAA question before you connect your account again to Zapier.
