Bonjour,
Merci d'avance. Cordialement

Hi DispoMobInclusive,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I noticed that you shared a link to your inbox. I can look into this for you, but I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
In the mean time, I cloned your form and I received the notification email successfully with no issues:
Usually, if we remove the Notification Email and then add it back, that solves the issue. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
2. Next, select Notification Email.
3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.
Make sure that you added our Jotform sender email noreply@jotform.com to your address book's email account and Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. Alternatively, you can set up SMTP as a sender email instead of our domain.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
