If you're looking for a plan that can give you 1000 form submissions with 5 photos attached to each submission from today's date to August of 2025, I highly suggest you subscribe to our Silver Plan annually. It can give you enough space of 10GB to accommodate 5,000 photos for the whole year.

Bronze will only give you 1GB of available space. But, if you run out of space, on every first of the month, your monthly limits will reset. So yes, the Bronze plan will be enough.

If you want, you can stay in your free account, and download all of your submissions including all of the files attached to it and save it in your computer. Then, release your space by deleting and purging all of your submission data. That way, you can keep the account free of charge, and have all of the data you collected. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar.
2. Click on Settings from the dropdown.
3. From the left navigation, go to Data.
4. Then click on the Download My Data button.
5. In the Export Data modal, click on Create New Export.
6. Select all of the data to export by ticking the checkbox/s.
7. Then click on Prepare Download button.

After downloading all of your data and saving it in your computer. You can then delete and purge your submissions data to increase your limits back. Here's how:

1. In your Tables, tick the entry's checkbox at the top to choose all entries at once.
2. Click Delete from the upper-right.
3. Then click Move to Trash.
4. Click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the form title/name.
5. From the dropdown menu, go to Trashed Entries.
6. In your Trash, tick the entry/s checkbox at the top to choose all entries at once.
7. Then click Delete Forever, and then confirm the entry's deletion.
