ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    Bonjour,

    Je vous contacte car j'ai un formulaire Jotform : https://form.jotform.com/210272074821346

    Je le redirige à la soumission vers https://sav.ripcurl-backoffice.eu/index.php

    Cela fonctionne bien pour la France mais dès qu'on le fait en Espagne ou au Portugal j'ai l'erreur suivante :

    J'ai essayé en navigation privée sur un ordinateur en Espagne, même erreur.

    Est-ce que cela peut venir du formulaire ou Jotform directement ? Comment vider les cookies de Jotform à chaque soumission ou en une fois ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I have cloned your form and tested it on my end, and I was able to replicate it. This issue usually occurs when there are Issues with third-party services, Bad HTTPS settings, and Bad server settings. You might want to check this article for more information about ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    So for you it wouldn't come from Jotform but from my server configuration which contains the index.php page?

    That is correct, since I was able to replicate the issue when using the link https://sav.ripcurl-backoffice.eu/index.php on any form but was unable to replicate it when using a different link on the same forms that encountered the issue.

    Where do you think the problem with the country could come from? In France it works well but not in other countries.

    I don't see any solutions in the link you sent me.

    The link that I have provided mentioned clearing browser, site, and server cache. Another possible reason is your website HTTPS Settings. I would suggest reaching out to your website admin to review the settings.
