Now, coming back to your question, the target account appears to store their data in our EU servers. For us to move the forms, you'll need first to migrate your data to our EU server. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Data tab on the left side of the page.
4. You can check your Data Center to be in the EU.

After you change this setting, we can try to move the forms to the target account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
