Now, coming back to your question, I have transferred the form to the requested account. Additionally, if a Custom URL is enabled for the forms you wish to transfer in the future, the URL will change after the move as the username where the form will be under a different account. So, if you've already shared the initial custom URL with multiple users, you'll need to update them with the new URL since the old one won't work anymore.
