Bonjour,
j'ai reçu cette notification sur mon compte & du coup je ne reçois pas les emails mais mon adresse mail est bien valide, comment faire ?

Now, coming back to your question, your account email address was listed on our Bounce List due to the reason provided below.

I have removed your account email address from the Bounce List. Also, please reach out to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains provided on this page.

Merci pour votre réponse. Je ne comprends pas bien, je dois contacter Google ? Car mon fournisseur de messagerie est gmail et donc google. Je ne comprends pas bien ce que je dois faire. J'ai une amie qui a rempli le formulaire pour tester & en effet je n'ai rien reçu. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

We have removed your email address already in the bounce list. You can now receive an email notification from Jotform. Can you try sending a submission on one of your forms and check if you are now able to receive it?
