Now, coming back to your question, Yes, it is possible to add a start date to a Date picker field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Date Picker field and click the Gear Icon.

2. Under the Limits Tab, scroll down and add a Start and End Date option.

the form is prepared on Wednesday or Thursday. this requires modifying the formula "today + n" (n=4 or 5).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a day of next week for the start date. Note that when setting today+n, today does not represent the one of the actual form edit, but the actual date when accessing the form on the web. So that in your case, as I understand, it would be required to set the start date to be the fixed date by picking it up from the calendar displaying when clicking on the field for the Start date, as shown below:
