Conditions: Some conditions do not apply

    Bonjour,
    Je suis en train de configurer un formulaire avec des conditions logiques. Les premières conditions configurées sont bien prises en compte, à partir de la 8ème condition configurée, lorsque je remplis mon formulaire, les conditions ne sont plus prises en compte et les calculs ne sont pas effectués automatiquement.
    J'ai vérifié que les configurations soient les bonnes, j'ai essayé de cloner les conditions qui fonctionnent comme j'ai essayé d'en créer de nouvelles mais rien n'y fait.

    Comment pouvez-vous m'aider ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Going back to your problem. I checked your conditions, and it appears that they are conflicting with each other. Check out my screencast below:

    Can you try to remove your conditions and add them back again? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    thanks for your answer.
    Problem is I already tried to remove and add my conditions back and nothing happened... Still having the same problem

    I solved the problem : I didn't use the right boxes to make the results appear.

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
