Éditeur PDF : certains champs ne s'affichent pas dans le document PDF

Bonjour,

Sur le formulaire "Commande VSM et Sac ISP VSM", je rencontre le soucis suivant :

A l'impression du PDF joint au mail reçu, les données renseignées sur le champ "DM MEOPA spécifique VSM Garde postée" n'apparaissent pas sur le document version PDF alors qu'elles sont parfaitement visibles dans le contenu du document.

Pour exemple le formulaire 0857 soumis le 26/07/2024 à 15 h 33.

J'ai un peu tout étudié, les conditions, les paramètres divers et variés, j'ai recréé le champ qu'initialement j'avais cloné....

Je fais donc appel à votre regard expert et vous remercie pour la solution que vous pourrez m'apporter.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

As you can see, the DM Meopa field is showing up in the PDF document, and it has submission data on it. You can delete your PDF document in the PDF Editor, or you can add the DM Meopa field manually in your PDF document. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's add the DM Meopa field to your PDF document manually:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper left side of the page.
2. Click on PDF Editor.

3. In PDF Editor, click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.

4. Click on the Form Fields tab.
5. Drag and drop DM Meopa field on your PDF document.

Try to do a test submission on your form, and if the issue still persists, let's delete your PDF document, and it will automatically generate a PDF document:

1. In PDF Editor, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the PDF document tab.
2. Click on Delete.

3. Click on Yes, Delete.
