Jotform Enterprise : Récupérer des fichiers

Je viens vous soumettre mon problème : j'avais créé un formulaire de candidature. Les gens l'avais complété et y avaient même televersé des fichiers pdf et Word. Le formulaire devrait expirer à une date que j'avais déterminer. J'avais téléchargé tous les formulaires. Maintenant, j'essaie de télécharger les fichiers dans chaque formulaire, mais ça ne passe pas. Je fais comment ?
