Affichage des titres sur le PDF final

Bonjour,

J'ai besoin d'un outil qui me permette de mettre les titres de "Type de support" en évidence pour les différencier dans le formulaire (1 page par type de support).

Ce formulaire est composé de plusieurs items, qui s'affichent ou non en fonction de ce qui a été coché dans "Type de support".

J'ai besoin que ces titres apparaissent donc dans le formulaire. Dans le pdf il faudrait que seul le titre du type de support sélectionné s'affiche, les autres doivent disparaitre. Cela ne fonctionne pas avec l'outil "paragraphe".

Comment puis-je faire ?

Now, coming back to your question, do you want to show as a title in your PDF the Media type selected on the form? Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you want to have the title depending on the selected option in your form, then you just need to map the Media type field as your PDF File name. Here's how:

1. In the PDF Editor page, click the gear icon located at the right corner of the page.
2. Next, click the Pen icon to edit under the PDF File Name section.
3. Lastly, click Form Fields, then click the form field you want to show as the title.

Dans le formulaire :

• Quand je complète mon formulaire et que je sélectionne par exemple dans type de support "voirie" : il ne s'affiche que les questions concernant la voirie, les autres items sont masqués y compris les titres (conditions)

Dans le PDF :

• Je vois uniquement les questions concernant la voirie, les autres ne s'affichent MAIS les titres des autres items s'affichent, ce sont ces titres que je veux supprimer.
• Par exemple, si je coche "voirie" je ne veux pas que le titre "charpente" s'affiche dans le fichier pdf :

Unfortunately, conditional logic is not supported in the PDF Editor, so all the paragraph fields you used as your Header will be displayed in the PDF Report. As a workaround, you can create multiple PDFs for each Media Type. This means that you need to create a PDF for each of your options. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Let me show you how to create multiple PDFs:

• In the PDF Editor page, click the New PDF tab.
• Next, select the Use Default Layout option.

Once done, if you want to send this PDF to your users, we will need to create multiple Autoresponder Emails with each of the Media Type PDFs attached and will conditionally send it based on the user's selected Media Type. We will use the Change E-mail Recipient conditional logic.

Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Select Conditions on the left.
3. Add a new Change E-mail Recipient condition.

4. Next, set up your condition similar to this below:

Follow the same steps for the rest of the Media Type.
