Bonjour, j'ai actuellement un problème avec le paiement.
Nous avons connecté notre compte Stripe à Jotforms et lorsque le client veut payer par carte bancaire il n'y arrive pas, il peut remplir le champ "Nom" et "Prénom" mais pas les champs qui requièrent les coordonnées bancaires, nous n'arrivons pas a cliquer sur le champ "Numéro de carte bancaire" ainsi que les autres champs reliés aux coordonnées bancaires.
Pouvez-vous résoudre le problème c'est urgent, nous n'avions jamais rencontré ce genre de problème sur Typeform.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, as I understand, you can type name and surname in Card Fields but you can't click and enter Bank Card Number. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
If you're not referring to this, can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Ahmed,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to type in the information and continue with the form without issues. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try removing the Stripe integration and add it back to see if it'll work? On the steps below, you'll see Test Mode in the Mode settings of Stripe. Make sure that it's in Live Mode for your form. Let's start:
- In Form Builder, go to the card where the payment integration is and click on the Wand icon.
- On the Payment Settings, click on the Gear icon in the top right portion.
- Once in Stripe Integration settings, click on Connected and then choose Reconnect.
- Next, click on Connect to reintegrate Stripe.
- You'll be asked to login and authenticate your Stripe account. Once done, you should see the Connected button again.
- Check on the options for the integration and once done, click on Continue.
After doing the steps above, test your form to see if the payment section already works for you. Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also try using Incognito or a different browser for this. If you have a different device to test the form on, try it as well. I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data.

Le problème est résolu merci
