Problèmes avec la sélection de pays à l'exception de la France

    Bonjour,

    Nous avons un problème avec tous nos formulaires.

    Ils se bloquent lorsqu'on choisit un autre pays que la France dans la partie "Adresse".

    Je n'arrive pas à charger la capture d'écran...

    Pouvez-vous nous aider?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, the screenshot you attached isn't visible on our end. I checked all your five forms, which all have the dropdowns for selection of countries, and I didn't run into any issues when selecting countries other than France. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Also, can you give us the URL of the form that's having the issue? Let me show you where to find your form URL:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on the More dropdown on the right side of the page.
    2. Under the Publish column, select Publish Form.
    3. Click on the Copy Link button.
