Bonjour,
Je suis technicienne informatique à la SEPAQ, nos utilisateurs rencontrent des troubles.
Je vous rapporte mot pour mot le souci:
"Voici un bug que nous avons avec l'application Jotform dans laquelle nous tenons nos formulaires de consentement pour la tyrolienne :
Dans le formulaire de tyrolienne. La section *date de l'activité* a souvent des pépins. Des fois, il s'agit d'un bug (photo a l'appui) ou le deuxième digit reste coincé sur le 0, lors de la correction de la date, la section année peut changer aléatoirement, des fois, il n'y a pas de correction possible puisque le 0 reste en place et finalement la correction peut mener au gel complet de l'application. Le seul moyen de corriger le problème est de fermé et rouvrir l'app."
Y aurai t-il moyen svp de régler le trouble? En dehors de chaque fois fermer et réouvrir l'application

Thanks for responding quickly
I want to specify something, the problem is not on a web link but it is on the android's app Jotform. The web link doesn't have any problem
So the customers filled the blank space such as the date on the tablet and most of the time it has trouble on that specific form
And I've confirmed with them, the trouble is on all the tablets that have that latyline form

Can you provide us with the link to the app that you created, so we can download it from our end, and be able to test it? Also, please provide us with a screenshot of the error that you are getting. This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi,
It's not an app we created, it's jotform's app on an android tablet. This is a photo of the trouble. That 0 just stayed there when they try to enter the date. They always have to close the form/app and open it again so that it works

But as I said, the web link on the internet doesn't seem to have any problem

I tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I've cleared your form cache, please test your form again and see how it goes. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
