Form Over Quota error in my forms

    Bonjour,

    Nos formulaires sont actuellement inutilisables car ils indiquent "Form over quota," alors que nous avons supprimé plusieurs formulaires.

    Pouvez-vous me dire quand les formulaires seront de nouveau utilisables ?

    Our forms are currently unusable as they indicate "Form over quota," even though we have deleted several forms.

    Hello homepilot,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again. I have recalculated account limits and cleared the form cache to refresh the form. Your form should be able to work now.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Are you having an issue with this form? I checked and it is loading correctly:

    I also checked your account and all your limits are within your subscription limit. Please clear your browser cache and cookies them try checking again.
