Comment libérer de l'espace de téléchargement ?

Bonjour,

Je viens de vider mon espace de téléchargement, je n'ai plus que 18 dossiers mais je n'arrive toujours pas a entrer des formulaires, il me demande de passer à la version supérieur.

Que puis-je faire pour vider l'espace de téléchargement concernant mon formulaire.

Now, coming back to your question, to clear up your Upload Space, you have to delete and purge your form entries with file uploads. As a back-up, it might be good to download your files before deleting the entries. Let me walk you through it:

• In My Forms, click on the form with the submissions you want to delete and select Submissions on the top-left side of the screen.

• In Tables, on the left side of the page, tick the checkbox in the first column.
• On the right side of the page, click on the Download All button.
• Finally, select the format you want to download all of your submissions.

Now, let's delete your submissions to clear up your download space:

• In Tables, on the left side of the page, tick the checkbox in the first column to select all entries.
• On the top-right side of the page, click on Delete and then select Move to Trash button to confirm.

• Now, in the upper left corner, next to the main tab, click on the Three Dots icon and select Trashed entries in the dropdown menu.
• Tick Select All and click on Delete Forever.
• Select Delete to confirm.

That's it. Your upload space should clear up now.

Quand je clique sur submission il n'y a que les entrées que je veux garder les autres n'apparaissent plus étant donné que j'ai effacé toute les mauvaises dans la boîte mail en revanche les pièces jointes doivent encore être dans l'espace de stockage car il est plein et je n'ai plus accès pour remplir des formulaires.

Peut-on avoir accès à l'espace de stockage pour faire le ''ménage''.
