Limite d'espace de téléchargement atteinte

Il m'est indiqué qu ej'ai dépassé la limite autorisé de 71 Mb. Sauf que j'ai quasiment tout effacé.

est il possible de me dire ce qu'il reste en mémoire poru qu eje puisse continuer a utiliser le compte gratuit ? Cordialement
