Comment faire pour qu'une ou plusieurs entreprises aient accès à mes formulaires?

Je souhaiterai savoir s'il est possible de donner accès à un entreprise ou plusieurs aux formulaires que j'ai cree et qu'elles aientt leur propre acces pour gerer les soumissions qu'elles recoivent ? en fait

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

You can add the other user as your form collaborator to give him/her access to your form and edit it. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

That's it, once you send that link to someone they'll be able to view and edit the form. They'll only have access to this one form, not any of your other forms.

En fait c'est pas tout à fait ce que souhaite, je vais essayer d'etre plus précis.

J'ai élaboré des formulaires qui sont des tests de recrutements, je souhaite les partager à une ou plusieurs entreprise pour qu'elles intègrent les formulaires dans leur processus de recrutement, elles doivent etre autonomes dans l'utilisation et dans la gestion des soumissions.

I understand that you'd like others to be able to manage forms and tables under your account. Please note that non-enterprise accounts are single-user accounts only. However, collaboration can still be made by using the method my colleague shared above, and also by sharing table's access to others. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.

2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

• Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
• Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

combien coute une compte entreprise, imaginons je veux que 500 entreprises puissent utiliser mes formulaires pour leur utilisation en interne, c'est à dire avoir le propre espace à travers mon compte JOTFORM c'est possible ?
