Photo déformée

Bonjour, il y a t il une facon que les photo ne soit pas distorsionner dans les formulaire ? Quand on est en monde horizontale les photos sont distorsionner meme apres les avoir mose fixe dans photoshop. Comment faire pour ne pas avoir se problème?
