How to get the bronze package with the price of €19.50 instead of €39?

Lorsque je suis passé au forfait bronze, le prix de 19€50 était annoncé, visiblement c'est l'offre du moment, mais j'ai été surpris d'avoir été débité de 39€ au lieu des 19€50 !

Quelle est l’explication ? y a t'il une erreur ? et si oui comment la rectifier s'il vous plait ?

I just heard from our relevant team and got a confirmation that the discounted Bronze plan for €19.50 is applicable for the yearly plan only. Bronze monthly plan remains on the standard price. You can check out Jotform's Pricing page for more information.

Je trouve que ce n'est pas très bien expliqué, les publicités sont trompeuses et ne font pas mentions que le tarif s'applique uniquement au paiement annuel et non mensuel.

We always make it clear that discounts are only available for annual plans. If you look over or check your Billing page, or even this page, you will see that the discount only applies to annual plans.

Please keep in mind that only Nonprofit organizations and Educational institutions are eligible for a 50% discount for monthly plans.
