    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to update the details in your invoice or in your account settings? Regardless, please let us know your billing information and we will apply the change.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    I'm looking to update my billing information. Here are the new ones:

    Hi Chris,

    We've updated the information in your invoice. You should now see the address and VAT number you provided when you check them. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

    I have checked your invoices, and it seems that it is now reflected. Can you please try to check this invoice if these are the updated details you need?
