Bonjour,

Nous sommes une société basée en France. Nous utilisons Jotform pour créer des Fiches clients via Formulaire ou APP ainsi que des fiches de suivi de chantier. Nous rencontrons 2 difficultés majeures:

• La fiche client (générique) ne peut pas être enregistrée pour être repise plus tard pour plusieurs clients (limitation à 1 à la fois) mais nous sommes 6 utilisateurs différents --> 6 commerciaux et utilisons le même formulaire...comment faire ?
• La fiche client qui s'enregistre est notifié à l'adresse du compte principal même si nous envoyons un formulaire assigné.

Now, coming back to your question, Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? But if you are referring to avoiding the same user from filling out the form multiple times, you can enable Unique Submissions. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page and then click on Show More Options.
• Now, in Form Settings, scroll down and select the field that you want to be the basis of the uniqueness of the submission. In most cases, the email address is normally selected. 

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Also, with regard to your second question, can you tell us more about what you are trying to achieve?

No pb for english explanations.

We are using Jotform as a Technical description form for our sellers. In that way we have 6 sellers. Each sellers need to open several same form ( the same one but 3 or 4 times) because he need to save and come back on it after the visit, then save it and open it one more time after the price allocations etc....

The question is more:

• Can we open the same form for several customers in the same time
• Can we have all the results into the same table
• how?
