    Bonjour,

    Nous ne recevons plus le mail de notification sur notre adresse mail générique archivescatholiques.beauvais@oise-catholique.fr dès lors qu'un nouveau formulaire a été enregistré.Pourriez vous nous dire comment faire ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you check your Spam/Junk folder and see if the email is there? As for the other submission, it's possible that there's just a delay in sending the notification email. I suggest removing the Notification Email from your form, and add it again. Let me show you how to do that:

    1.  In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2.  In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3.  On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification email Email.
    4. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add an Email.
    5.  Next, select Notification Email.

    1.  On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click Settings.
    2.  In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.

Another way is to Whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully. I also suggest you check our guide, Why Am I Not Receiving Email NotificationsCan you try it again and see how it goes?
