    Bonjour,

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. You can Set Unique Submissions on a Form to create a personalized submission link for each customer, allowing them to complete the form without re-entering their personal information. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder, navigate to the Settings tab.
    2. Click the Show More Options button.How to Setup Unique Submission and Unique ID in Form URL? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. You'll need to scroll down to find the Unique Submission option.
    4. Choose your desired option from the dropdown menu, and that's it! The form builder automatically saves changes.How to Setup Unique Submission and Unique ID in Form URL? Image 2 Screenshot 41

    You can create personalized pre-filled form URLs for each customer. Add a Unique ID field to your form. This field generates a unique identifier for each submission.

    Use this unique ID to construct a pre-filled form URL. For example:

    https://www.jotform.com/form/123456789?uniqueID={uniqueID}

    Replace 123456789 with your form ID and {uniqueID} with the actual unique ID value for each customer. When you send the email, insert the personalized URL for each recipient.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
