    Je suis incapable de me connecter.

    Mon compte se vérrouille automatiquement.

    J'ai changé mon mot de passe pour faire un test...
    Mais encore une fois, mon comte se vérrouille automatiquement.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. After checking the email you have used in this thread, I was able to find only the guest accounts under that email address. Note that guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email for it. Do you have an account that is related to another email address?

    Bonjour,

    mon compte relié à vanessa_lambert.cisssca@ssss.gouv.qc.ca est un compte avec une licence $$$ payée par mon employeur.

    Je n'ai pas d'autres comptes Jotform.

    Je ne suis plus capable de me connecter sur mon compte. il est toujours "vérrouillé". Je suis cependant certaine d'utiliser le bon mot de passe.
