    Hi Matthieu,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and I noticed that you don't have any form in your account. Are you perhaps referring to transferring the form to another user to continue it? If yes, we can help you to transfer the form, you just need to provide the Username/Email address of the account where you want to transfer it.

Jotform Collaboration works with building the form, viewing, and editing the form. It is not necessary for the collaborator to create an account when it comes to building the form. Once you share the collaboration link they will have access to the form builder or Jotform Tables. Sharing the Form Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. First, You need to click on Build which is found in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. In the Build menu, click on Add Collaborators button on the top right side of the screen.
    3. Click the Copy the link button and share it with your colleague.

Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.

    2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

    • Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    • Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

    3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
