Impossible de voir les photos

Bonjour, sur mon formulaire Etat des Lieux, lorsque je veux sortir une soumission (la dernière) sur un PDF, les photos n'apparaissent pas et le téléchargement est bloqué. Est-ce un bug passager sur JOTFORM ? cela marchait encore bien récemment. Merci du retour.

I checked your account but I couldn't seem to determine which one is the inventory form. Can you indicate the link to us? Also, when you say that the Photo does not appear, and the download is blocked, could you elaborate further? For example, how are you trying to download them and what's the error messages you're receiving? If you can share any relevant screenshots with us, that'll help us understand what's happening and help you better.
