Je n'arrive pas à vider la corbeille

    Bonjour,


    Ayant atteint la limite des 100MB, j'ai supprimé plusieurs soumissions mais je ne les trouve pas dans la corbeille afin de les supprimer définitivement sans attendre les 30 jours, pour enfin retrouver de l'espace disponible.

    Now, coming back to your question, I recalculated your upload space, but it still shows 100.70/100 MB, which is more than your plan limit. You'll need to delete and purge the submissions from the table to clear this space. Let me show you how you can delete the submissions from Trash:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.
    • In Submission Table, click on the Three Dots icon in the first tab located at the left top of the table.
    • Click on Trash Entries, and in the menu that opens on the right side of the screen, click on Select All.
    • Click on Delete Forever, and select Delete.

    Once you have deleted the submissions from trash, you can clear your form cache to fix the issue.

    Deleting submission data is irreversible and data will be permanently removed from our servers. You can download all of your submissions before deleting them. Once you delete the submissions, we'll be able to move forward with this.
