    Bonjour,

    Depuis quelques jours, nous ne pouvons plus intégrer d'image dans nos formulaires.

    Cela indique "server error" à chaque fois, que ce soit sur un ancien formulaire ou un nouveau.

    Merci de votre aide.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    About the issue, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again? We also suggest you try it on another browser and let us know how it goes. If the same happens again, try to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.
