Bugs à répétition

    Bonjour

    Mon compte bugue et je ne parviens pas à accéder à tous les documents qu'on m'envoie. Un message d'erreur apparait.

    J'ai essayé avec 3 navigateurs différents, j'ai éteint et rallumé mon ordi, rien n'y fait.

    Cela dure depuis quelques jours et m'empêche de travailler.

    Comment dois-je faire ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more about the issue? What error message are you getting when trying to access the document? It would be great if you can share with us a screenshot, as that'll help us get a better idea of the issue. We have a guide about that here.
