Problème d'image

    Bonjour,

    Depuis quelques jours, je ne peux plus uploader d'image sur aucun de mes formulaires. Je ne peux même pas rajouter une image que j'avais déjà téléverser ultérieurement.

    Une fois avoir tester d'uploader une image, ma session passe en mode hors ligne directement.

    J'ai essayé sur plusieurs navigateur ou alors en navigation privée mais ça ne marche toujours pas.

    Can you please share the link to the form? I have checked most of your forms but I couldn't find a file upload field. Here is your guide on where to find your form URL or you can follow the steps and screencast below:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • Select Quick Share from the left panel.
    • Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.

    It's happening on this form : https://form.jotform.com/241761965288369 but also on every other forms as well.

    To my understanding, you're having issues adding images to your form. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast  below to see my results:

    I've cleared your form cache. Can you please test your form to see if it makes any difference? If the issue persists, Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    It still not working. and even when I tried to upload some screenshot on this thread it doesn’t work

    It would be best if you could do a screen recording so we can have a better understanding of the issue. You can save the file in your Google Drive and share with us the link here. Make sure that anyone with the link can access it.

    Can you check if your connection to the internet is stable? If it is stable and strong enough and the issue appears again, it would help us to understand what's happening if you can share with us a screenshot showing the browser report when it happens. You might want to check out this guide about How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
