    Bonjour,

    Toute la journée nous avons eu des problèmes d'utilisation de Jotform.

    Sur le création et modification de formulaire notamment.

    Connaissez vous la source du problème ? Y a t-il eu une mise à jour de votre système ?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, there was any upgrade or update in our system. I've checked out the screenshots you shared with us. I've cleared your form caches; your forms are refreshed. Can you try again after clearing your Google Chrome's caches? If the issue persists, can you please share with us the screencast using Loom or any other screen recording software. You can share the link here, and we will be able to check it out. You should be able to create a form and edit the form.

    When I cloned and tested your Congrès de la SNFMI Toulouse 2024 | Votre avis nous intéresse ! tried to edit on the form builder, I could not replicate an issue. Let me share the screencast below:

    Hello,


    We have emptied our caches on google chrome and have tried several times and on several computers, to add a photo and change the visual of our forms, without success. Attached is a screenshot of the message that appears when we try to add a photo, no matter which photo we want to add.

    Hi Justine,

    I see that you succeeded in uploading the picture for your form background, and I opened your form in the form builder without any issue. It seems to be a temporary issue, probably related to the connection to the internet.

    Reach out again if the issue stills or appears again.

    Hello,

    For a short while we were able to add our media and configure our widgets, but the problem persists.

    We did an internet connection test but nothing abnormal.

    Everything is slow and takes a long time to load.

    Hi Justine,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I was able to open your form in the Form Builder, and I didn't experience any lag or freezing issue. Here's a short screencast when I was checking your form:

    Can you please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if there will be improvements on your end?

    • Try using a different web browser to open Form Builder. If you're using Google Chome, please try using Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
    • If the issue persists, please try using a different internet connection. If you have a device that's on a different connection, you can try using that instead.
    • If the issue is still happening, please get back to us with a screenshot of your browser's console report. You can follow the steps in this guide on how you can get the said report.

    Please give those a try and let us know how it goes.
