    Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to an account linked to your email address c**rd.sor**e66@cn**sc.org? If so, we noticed that this account is currently active as a Guest account. The reason why you can't reset its password is that we only offer a one-time login feature to Guest account users. You may sign up using the same email or can you share the email address if you're referring to another account?
