perte des formulaires

    Bonjour,

    En voulant modifier les destinataires de formulaires (adresses mail liées aux soumissions) j'ai retiré l'adresse mail initiale.

    De ce fait, j'ai perdu toutes les soumissions.


    Pourriez-vous m'aider à retrouver ces formulaires?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, do you mean you accidentally deleted the email address field of your form? If so, can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? In the meantime, we have a Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
    2. Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.
