    Bonjour,


    je teste mon formulaire :

    en soumission directe ( sans enregistrer pour reprendre plus tard ) ce la fonctionne à merveille .


    Maintenant , lorsque j'enregistre le formulaire pour le reprendre, voici le lien de mon test

    certaines pièces jointes avaient disparues, et une en particulier pose un problème.

    qui lors de la soumission me demande à chaque fois d'être modifiée.


    vous pouvez utiliser ce lien directement il n'aura pas d'effet pour notre compte jotform .

    Now, coming back to your question, I tried to open your draft link and there was no attachment on the 'Photos du réalisateur-trice' field. Check out my screenshot below:

    Then, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The attachment is there on the draft form. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try creating a draft submission again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Hi, thanks for your reply,


    then i took my draft, and added the folder required by the form, i reached to submit and then again it ahappend this message ...

    i tried again 2 times by also changing the folders , but same result.

    At any time i take back my draft , this ( realisateur ) piscture disappear.

    Hi Romain,

    I tried to complete my draft submission earlier to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The form submitted without errors. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I also cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Can you try filling up a new submission and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    I made a try on a private browser and it works . except for sending the link to rework the draft , beacuse its an "gmail" adress and everytime we receive an error email and so every gmail adress couldnt reach destination.


    how come ?


    i' m making the same test on a Chrome google browser now to see if it works as well.

    I'm continuing in English to allow my colleagues to follow this thread if needed. About the Gmail addresses for which you're receiving en error emails, can you provide us with more details, such as screenshots, about these emails and the errors? It could also be a submission ID if you prefer. You might want to check out this guide about Where to Find the Submission ID.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi Romain,

    As far as I understand, the autoresponder emails are sent by the means of your Gmail account associated to the email address accreditations@figra.fr. When using Gmail SMTP, one requirement is to enable two-step verification for your Google account. Then, you'll need to create a password for the SMPT credentials using the Google App passwords.

    Did you set your SMTP server setting by following this method?

    You might also want to check out this guide about How to Use Gmail as Your Email Sender via SMTP.

    Oh i think i did a bad explanation .


    the email adress attached to our jotform account is accreditations@figra.fr

    this email is hosted on ovh.net

    Maybe is it a problem due to ovh security ?


    the gmail adress is my personnal adress wich i used today to test the form .


    hope it s more clear like this ?

    Dear Romain,

    Sorry for the misunderstanding. So, if your email SMTP is owned by OVH, you might need to consider this Google guide about sending emails to Gmail with SPF and DKIM authentication, which requires to be applied on the OVH side. These policies are used to avoid SPAM in Gmail inboxes.

    On the OVH side, when googling OVH SPF DKIM SMTP, apart links requiring an OVH account, I found this guide about SPF and DKIM for OVH. OVH support may provide you with more details if needed.
