Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and it appears that you've already added Form Calculation widget to your form. Do you want to add calculation of "Chiffre d’affaires" field and product list? If so, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon to open Widget Settings.
2. Click on add fields as you did before, but this time add a "+" sum between your fields.
3. Click on the Save.
