Bonjour, je viens de créer mon formulaire marchait mais désormais je ne peux plus le visualiser ou l'utiliser, il est ecrit ce service est indisponaible
pouvez vous m'aider à régler le problème ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your forms and found out the they were disabled. This is the reason why you can't access them. It is very easy to fix. Let me show you how:
1. In Myforms Page, select your forms and click the More button.
2. Select Enable from the dropdown menu.Doing this will let you and your users fill up your forms again. We also have a guide here that you can check to learn more about this.
