    Hi monteclinfestichiens,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and it is not set to be multi-lingual. So, I assume that you are referring to the auto-translate feature on the browser where the form is being used. Check the screenshot below:

Please note that this feature on a browser is device-specific, and your users will need to do this on their device and this is something that we can't control on our end.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    No

This is not what I want

I don't want an automatic translator

The text must not be translated

    Hi monteclinfestichiens,

Your form is not set to be translated. The automatic translation is a feature on a web browser where the form is accessed. Unfortunately, it is something that we can't control in the form settings. It can only be changed by the respondent's browser settings.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
