"Liste paramétrable" ne fonctionne pas

Je rencontre un problème avec le widget "Liste paramétrable". Lorsque je l'ajoute à mon formulaire, il ne fonctionne pas. Pourriez-vous m'aider, s'il vous plaît ? Vous trouverez ci-dessous le lien et la capture d'écran.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your widget and I can see that it is correctly set up. If you want to show a single row by default, you can click on the field's wand icon and then set 1 under Minimal Rows Number.
