Rendez-vous refusé mais le créneau est encore bloqué

    Bonjour,

    Parmi mes demandes de rendez-vous,
    j'ai refusé un créneau pour un rendez-vous (Rdv1 23/06 à 13h30-15h)
    mais le créneau ne s'est pas libéré.
    Même en supprimant le message celui-ci est toujours bloqué?

    Que puis-je faire?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, to enable the time slot again in the appointment field, you'll have to make sure that the deleted submission is also deleted from the trashed entries. Let me show you how:

    • In Jotform Tables, click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
    • Select the Trashed entries option.

    • In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
    • Click the Delete Forever button.
    • Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.

I would suggest downloading your Submission data to serve as your backup before you delete them, since once they are purged, there is no option to recover them.

    Hello,
    Thanks you for you quick answer.
    We try the procedure but it doesn't work with the 24 June 13h30-15h slot.
    But with an other submission, the cancelation works.
    The main difference is that the 13h30-15h slot was in the refused state (red tag) before trying to remove it.

    Now the entry in the table can't appear anymore since I process the permanent deletion, but the slots remain locks :(

    Are you referring to the Monsieur Désiré (lavage auto à domicile) form? If yes, I checked your form and saw that the June 24, 13:30–15:00 slots are now available. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
