Bonjour !
Je me suis connectée pour changer le logo sur mon formulaire. Quelques minutes plus tard, j'y suis retournée pour modifier autre chose et mon formulaire est disparu !
Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it appears that you only have 1 active Statistiques form. I also went to your account history to check if you have accidentally purged a form, but there's no trace of a form that you've deleted. Your Archive and Trash folder were also empty. If you can still remember the name of the form you're working on, can you please share it with us?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
