Impossible d'utiliser le widget photo

Bonjour,

Nos techniciens utilisent deux formulaires qui nécessitent de prendre des photos par l'intermédiaire du widget de photo. La caméra se lance bien, la photo est prise, mais impossible de valider la prise de la photo pour continuer à remplir le formulaire.
Les photos étant obligatoires dans notre process, nous ne pouvons utiliser les formulaires.
Comment faire pour que ça fonctionne correctement ?

Now, coming back to your issue, I couldn't figure out what you mean regarding the pictures not being validated. What exactly do you intend to do if the Photo Widget works well and captures photos? Could you provide us with a more specific description of the issue and a link to your form?  Let me show you where to find it:

1. While on the Form Builder, click the Publish button.
2. Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to copy your Form URL.

The team can not seem to confirm the picture (here is a screenshot) :

Once they take the picture, there is no other way to continue filling the form.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to click next after capturing the images. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Do you only experience this on your iOS device? Can you try using a different browser or device to see if it resolves the issue?  If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
