Dysfonctionnement lors de la soumission de photos

    Bonjour,

    On me signale que lors du remplissage de mes formulaires l’ajout de photos entraine très régulièrement des dysfonctionnements : soit la photo ne se charge pas (échec), soit cela bloque la soumission.

    Parfois cela arrive lorsqu’il y a plusieurs photos et parfois même pour une seule.

    Quelle en est l’origine et comment traiter ce problème ?

    Does the issue happen on desktop, mobile, or any devices? Is your form being filled out using its direct link, on a website where it is embedded, or on the Jotform Mobile Forms App when the issue happens? I've cleared your account's form cache. Can you give it a try again on another device and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can you take a screenshot that will help us better understand what’s going on?     Here’s what appears when they try submitting.
    It happened with different mobiles which we use most in our case.
    But then the next day it works again. And later the same error appears again.
    I don’t know exactly how they open it, most used is qr code and a jotform app on iPhone or android which I created that includes several forms we have.
    I don’t think these people use the official jotform app.

    I've checked your form and see that the File Upload element is set to accept file/s up to 10.8 MB.

    I've cleared your form cache again. Can you inform them to uninstall and reinstall the Jotform App, clear the browser's cache, and then test the form again? If the issue persists, please try using a different internet connection.
