Message d'erreur du formulaire : ce formulaire est actuellement indisponible

Bonjour,

Je viens de créer un formulaire mais je ne peux pas le prévisualiser, il y a un message d'erreur qui indique que ce formulaire est actuellement indisponible. Par ailleurs, dans ma liste de formulaire, il apparait en gris comme s'il n'était pas publié contrairement a mes autres formulaires.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

If a form is disabled, you will receive an error message saying the form is unavailable, and it'll be greyed out from the list of forms you have in your account. I see that the form in question is not. Can you check the form again and see its status? Make sure that the form is not disabled. Assuming that it is, you can easily enable it so it can be accessible again. Let me show you how:

1. In your account's My Forms, select the form in question and click on Edit Form.
2. Select Settings from the orange navigation bar in Form Builder.
3. Click on the Form Status dropdown and choose Enable.
4. Click on Save.
   
5. Go back to My Forms and the form should be back to its normal state.
