    Bonjour,

    Je viens de recevoir un email m'informant que mon abonnement annuel a été renouvelé. Je ne souhaitais pas ce renouvellement, il me semble ne pas avoir reçu d'email pour me prévenir, sinon je l'aurais annulé.

    Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît annuler ce paiement et stopper mon abonnement ?

    Now, coming back to your question, note that Jotform's subscriptions are recurring and they will automatically renew and charge you on the same date as the original purchase unless you cancel. Since the last payment was made within our 30 days money back-guarantee, we have canceled the subscription immediately and issued a refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days.
