Hello,
I have a "ContratTMAtype" form.
To test the pre-filling mode, I sent it to myself, and now I receive reminders
several times a week.
I can’t find where to stop these emails in the pre-filling settings or else ?

Hi Igor,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can delete the reminder email you set on the form. Let me show you how:- In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Click on Email on the left side of the screen.
- On the Email Form options, select click on Schedule A Reminder Email.
- Hover over the reminder email you set and click on the trash icon on the right side.

Thanks a lot, so this 'reminder' menu, is linked to prefilled form? else, how to
connect a prefilled form AND this reminder ?

Hi Igor,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm not sure to understand your aim. The functionalities and settings of a form, such as the reminder email, are part of a form, and a prefilled form benefits from the same functionalities, when prefilling is a method used to fill out the form. So that as soon as the form is submitted, the reminder email is scheduled, whatever the method used to fill out and to submit the form.
If this doesn't answer your inquiry, can you tell us more details about the form behavior you're expecting, or about your workflow?
