Moi je ne veux rien, sauf le minimum. Alors que dois-je faire pour réactiver mon formulaire? Mettre toutes les fiches à la poubelle?

Hi concours60radio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can free up upload space by deleting and then purging your form submissions that include file uploads. Let me show you how:
- Go to My Forms and select the form you want to delete.
- Select Submissions at the top of the page to open Jotform Tables.
- In Jotform Tables, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table or click the Select All checkbox.
- Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
- In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.
Note that any deleted submissions will be saved in the trash entries folder for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can delete them manually to immediately free up space. Let me walk you through it:
- Open the main tab’s menu using the Three Dot icon icon next to it.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
- Click the Select all checkbox, then select Delete Forever.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
